We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Items must be in resellable condition, free from stains, odors, or damage caused by improper handling.
- Products must not belong to the non-returnable category, which includes final sale items, personalized or custom-made products, and clearance items with a discount of 50% or more.
2. ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Item: The item received has manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, fabric tears, broken zippers, or loose buttons.
- Incorrect Item Sent: You received the wrong product, size, or color compared to your order.
- Size or Fit Issue: The product does not fit as expected (applicable for exchanges only, not refunds).
- Item Not as Described: The product does not match the description on our website in terms of color, material, or features.
- Order Processing Error: You were charged incorrectly due to a system error.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased under clearance or flash sales with a discount of 50% or more.
- Customized or personalized jackets (e.g., monogrammed or made-to-order items).
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items without the original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be handled through the original seller).
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
4.1. How to Request a Return

Processing & Refund:
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, digital wallets, etc.).
4.2. How to Request an Exchange
- Follow Steps 1 & 2 from the Return Process Above.
- Select Your Replacement Item:
- If you are exchanging for a different size or color, please specify your preferred replacement.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.
- Processing & Shipment:
- Once we receive the returned item, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Free return shipping for defective items, incorrect orders, or any errors caused by BRIGGHCTITE.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost if the exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., size preference, change of mind).
- If you are returning an item worth over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item.
- You will receive a notification via email once your refund has been issued.
6.2. Refund Methods
We issue refunds based on the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will appear on your statement within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank.
- PayPal/Digital Wallets: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue a store credit for future purchases.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BRIGGHCTITE.
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS POLICY
If you receive a damaged product or a package with missing items, please follow these steps:

8. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

9. STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Gift cards are non-refundable but can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is fully redeemed.
