5. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return & Exchange Policy and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without contacting our support team may lead to a suspension of the customer account.
  • If a refund is issued, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
